Trouble by Lampano Alley

Another great original track by Lampano Alley...though I hear a bit of Bob M's "Is This Love" on the intro :) "...trouble in the government, leads up to the president." Sad but true. A fitting message to the newest leader of the land. Enough of politics, just enjoy the music! I especially liked TomCat's and Binky's synchronized harp and vocals in the end part of the song.

Maybe they'll be uploading them soon :-) Click the image above to access the website!

Lampano Alley - I've Got the Blues to Keep Me Warm

This is Pinoy Blues at its best. Binky and the rest of Lampano Alley members give justice to their band's moniker, as "Asia's Best Blues Band." Enough of the reading, and enjoy listening! Credits: fortisfemina|YouTube

Lampano Alley Live in Singapore

The mighty Lampano Alley once again shows us mortals how to be a true band - everybody does what he's supposed to do - no overplaying, no one gets to outshine anyone, like small streams forming a big river, each member gives his share. And with substance. Note how TomCat provides accentuation to the song, with that cool milky harp sound. No exact details on this video but what a great song and performance just the same. Take it away boys! (video courtesy of stevenleeify)

Losing You by Lampano Alley (live)

Once again, get a good Blues groove from the best in the land - Lampano Alley, featuring the delta flavored voice of Binky Lampano and the rest of the gang. From rakrakandotcom's YouTube channel: "...Losing You recorded live at the Blueskrieg concert at 19East Music Hall. Binky Lampano on vocals, Tom Colvin on blues harp, Edwin Vergara on guitar, Simon Tan on bass and Rey on drums." This is the third track from the album Songs from the Alley.
Performed at Mosaic Music Festival in Singapore (March 2005), this is an original track from Songs from the Alley album of Lampano Alley, written by Simon Tan & Binky Lampano. Listening and watching this video, one can't help but admire the tight band and talent behind the performance. Featuring the cool harp sound of Tomcat!
